Exterior 360° coverage uses deliberate tour positions around important features. The final scope depends on property size, terrain, number of structures and suitable capture conditions.

Dave is affiliated with National Land Realty. For qualifying listings, an outside listing broker may retain the seller relationship while an approved NLR co-marketing arrangement adds land-focused marketing exposure and buyer reach.
Hire Land Scout Media at normal pricing. No co-marketing relationship is required.
A qualifying property may receive an approved media structure alongside an NLR co-marketing arrangement.
Exceptional land listings may be evaluated individually when the marketing and transaction economics justify added investment.
Co-marketing availability, compensation and any media discount depend on the executed agreement, property underwriting and current National Land Realty broker and compliance approval. Free or discounted media is never automatic. Land Scout Media remains a separate media company, and hiring it does not transfer an outside agent’s seller relationship.
