MATTERPORT + 360° TOURS
A Matterport or 360° tour lets clients move through a previously captured property at their own pace. Land Scout LIVE is different: you direct us in real time while we are physically on the ground.
360° Tour: Self-guided access to captured interiors, structures and selected exterior viewpoints.
UTV Property Tours: Land Scout Media plans the route, operates the Crew Cab UTV for large parcel showings.

FIELD REACH
Live sessions use the strongest available cellular connection as the primary field link.
Portable Starlink is planned as a second connection where cellular coverage is weak and adequate sky visibility is available.
Our Crew Cab UTV can carry the operator, agent and approved clients or buyers through larger or difficult-to-walk properties when safe access exists.
Cellular or satellite service cannot be guaranteed. Starlink performance depends on equipment readiness, power, network availability, sky visibility and field conditions.
UTV-ASSISTED PROPERTY TOURS
For qualifying properties, Land Scout Media plans the route, operates the Crew Cab UTV and stops at the features clients or buyers need to understand. The real-estate agent remains responsible for the brokerage relationship and showing where applicable.
Passenger ride-alongs will be offered only after commercial insurance, landowner authorization, waivers and operating procedures are in place. Availability depends on terrain, weather, access and safe operating conditions.
